I am an experienced, empathic and supportive psychodynamic counsellor & psychotherapist, accredited by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I hold a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy and a post-qualification Diploma in Adolescent and Schools Counselling from the Metanoia Institute.

I have extensive experience and training in working with adults and teenagers, both online and via the telephone, and also face to face in the therapy room. Occasionally, when this is best for the client, I also offer walk and talk sessions. 

How I can help you

In our work together I will encourage you to look at your past as well as your present, and to consider the ways in which you have related to others throughout your life.
I am pleased to be able to offer online short-term and long term counselling and psychotherapy usually via Zoom, but telephone and other online options are also a possibility.
Therapy works best if you can commit to it on a regular basis, preferably weekly. However, if your schedule is irregular due to work or personal reasons, I can also accommodate this.
