Practical details
Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £50 (payable via BACS). Sessions can be face to face, online or via telephone, or even a mixture of the above. Get in touch to discuss what would work best for you.
If 6 sessions are booked in advance, the cost will be reduced to £275.
For special circumstances I offer some reduced fees, so do get in touch to talk about this.
Introductory session
The first therapy session will be an introductory one, where we will discuss your history, any previous counselling experience and your reasons for coming to therapy. This is also the time when we will decide together whether we are a good fit for each other. This session can take up to 90 minutes.
Cancellation policy
Session cancellations will require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full cost of the session unless there are extenuating circumstances. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be rearranged for another, mutually convenient time at no additional charge.
